Is Tad a Stalker?

Tad is experiencing obsessive tendencies right now. He hasn't always been obsessive, but maybe this is the new normal for him. He is very observant when it comes to his obsessions. He is definitely fixated on Tessa in a way that he understands is unhealthy. Hence the letters and texts. (Whether or not he texts is determined by a dice roll if he was the last person who texted. He automatically fails if she was the last person who texted. He won't leave her unanswered for long. He definitely could be texting much more. The more he fails text rolls, the higher the DC gets. The better his sleep rolls are, the lower the DC gets.)

Tad is more and more paranoid the less sleep he gets or the more altered his mind gets. He will drive a circuit to make sure everything is as it should be. As he expects it to be. His morning is a walk to the food court and back to the apartments, drive to the tow yard if he needs repair kits, Mosley's if he wants to work, Maze bank in the city if he feels like it, then start his circuit: Backlot City (his dad), Old Drop Spot (Tessa, his mom), Yellow Jack (Sheila), Paleto bank (for his check...he doesn't CARE about the Paleto bank), New Drop Spot (Tessa), Vineyard overlook (home). He'll never spend more time at any one spot than a few minutes or so until he settles down somewhere new to write.  If something is out of place regarding Tessa (what he's observed or what she's volunteered) anywhere he goes in a day, he will find it. (Well, if I find it. I may not be as observant as Tad.)

I know it'll come as a shock to everyone, including Tessa if she ever finds out, but Tad is not actively physically stalking her beyond checking if she's on the Lemon List every once in a while, which is more about whether or not he needs to be prepared. If she shows up where he is or if he runs into her and it's possible she's spotted him, Tad will make himself known. If it's unlikely she has, he will run or hide, avoiding her completely. Being in close proximity to her makes him panic and curse how small the island is. His palms get sweaty mom's spaghetti. His stalking has been relegated to texts.

He doesn't know where she lives. He thinks she probably hangs out and/or lives at the funhouse, but he has stayed away from there (once he figured out where it was) because she told him to. He has stopped doing sani, claiming it's "boring" because he saw her doing it and doesn't want to run into her there. He thinks that is her main job now.

But. This could all change. There is potential for stalker Tad. Because Tad desperately wants to have a close friend in Tessa and knows that means he needs to get over the panic and talk to her. Something that will make her a real person to him and not some idea of a person he has in his head. He thinks maybe he'll start with a phone call sometime. Maybe she'll actually answer! But there is that special sleep deprived part of Tad that wants to force her to have conversations with him. Multiple. In person. And that part of him has been in control more and more the past week or so. I'm sure it'll be fine. :)
